The Staff Team

The Staff Team equip the church family by the Word of God for the ministry of knowing Christ and making Christ known.

Nick Hiscocks

Vicar, Full-Time
Nick has been at Christ Church Westbourne since 2011 and still has to remind himself that he lives by the sea and isn’t on holiday. He is married to Cecilia and they have four children; Lucy, Millie, Jonty and Titus. Before coming to the south coast, Nick served as curate at Christ Church Bromley for 5 years and then led a church plant. He still plays squash (just!) and enjoys military history, watching rugby and trying to master the perfect flapjack.

Warren Trask

Assistant Minister, Full-Time
Warren has recently joined Christ Church Wesbourne as Assistant Minister. He is married to Lisa and they are both thankful for the role the Lord has given them as parents. Warren and Lisa studied, and met at George Whitefield College in Cape Town before moving to Basingstoke in 2019 to serve a well loved church family in Sherborne St John. He enjoys anything competitive and will find it hard to turn down an opportunity to play a game of some sort.

Tom Winstone

Families, Youth & Children’s Minister, Full-Time
Born at a very early age in Sussex, Tom is married to Isabelle and they have four children – two girls and two boys. Tom oversees the work amongst our families, youth and children. In his spare time he enjoys motocross, photography, carpentry and spending time with his family.

Andy Nash

Evangelist & Facilities Manager, Part-Time
Andy has been at Christ Church Westbourne with his wife Abi since 2001 and employed there since 2004. Before that he worked as a Geologist in the construction industry. He enjoys walking Matilda their rescue greyhound, trance music, making military history by playing computer games and smoking food, especially cheese.

Abi Nash

Women’s Minister/Administration, Part-Time
Born and raised in Bournemouth, Abi is married to Andy. She became a Christian in her late teens having had the privilege of growing up with Christian parents, and seeing people love Jesus and that love overflow to loving others. Before being on the staff team at CCW, Abi was a Housing Officer. In her spare time Abi enjoys reading fiction, attempting to grow things in the garden, spending time with friends, a good boxset and walking her dog in the countryside.

Izzy Clemson

Ministry Assistant
Izzy moved to Bournemouth in 2016 with her husband Ben, started going to Christ Church Westbourne on that first Sunday…and they haven’t looked back! They have three children called Finn, Nell and Mary who do great impressions of their parents.
Izzy has just completed the Growing Young Disciples Foundations in Youth Ministry course and following a 3 yr apprenticeship at CCW now loves to assist Tom with children’s and youth ministries.
She loves running, sea swimming and bashing around on the piano!
