Courses & Groups
As well as coming to church on Sundays, we encourage our regulars to join a home group where it is easier to get to know others and be supported. We also run other groups tailored to specific needs, such as Christianity Explored for enquirers and Moore College Courses for those who would like to grow in their faith.
At Christ Church we endeavour to train and equip God's people for works of service so that the whole body of Christ is built up (Ephesians 4:11-16).

Bible Overview Course
- How does the Bible fit together? What is the plot?
- Is there such a thing as a coherent Christian world view?
- What on earth does a story like David and Goliath mean for today?
- Which way is the universe heading and what's the evidence?
- What's the point of the Old Testament?
One of the best ways to answer questions like these is to do our Bible Overview course. Many people have found that doing a course like this revolutionises their understanding of the Bible and refreshes and boosts their faith.
We are planning one again this autumn: ten Thursday evenings 7-45-9pm, starting 11th September, at church. The other dates are: 18, 25 Sept; 2,9,16,23 Oct; 6,13,20 Nov. Cost £3 for workbook (pay when you come). Please tell Abi Nash on 01202 428400 if you'd like to attend.
